Sandy, your AI Business Assistant ("Sandy", "we") is a service of Momentum Essentials LTD, a company registered in Nigeria. Sandy is an AI Business Assistant, not a person. This policy explains what personal and business information we collect when you use this website, chat with Sandy on WhatsApp or Telegram, use the free Flyer Maker or use your AI Business Dashboard, and how we use and protect it.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, WhatsApp number or Telegram account, email address, country and time zone.
• Your business answers: what you tell Sandy to write for you, for example your business name, products, prices, costs, location, customers and goals, and the optional home and family questions if you choose to answer them.
• What Sandy writes for you: your daily AI Business Assistant Packs, your free bonuses and the answers to your requests (REPLY, PRICE, OWE, POST, FLYER).
• Your records: the sales and costs you send with SOLD and SPENT, your weekly numbers, the days you reply DONE, your points, badges and streaks.
• Messages: the messages you send to Sandy, including any text you type with a photo or document. When you paste a customer's message after REPLY, that message is used only to write your answer.
• Feedback: anything you send with FEEDBACK.
• Usage: how many packs, reminders and requests you have used, so we can run the service fairly and answer account questions.
• Payment confirmation: whether and when you paid, the product and a payment reference. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers (such as Selar and systeme.io) and are never seen or stored by us.

The free Flyer Maker: the words and photos you put into the Flyer Maker stay on your phone. They are not uploaded to us. The only thing kept on your phone is a count of how many free flyers you have made.

Your business type: when you ask Sandy for free flyers, she asks what kind of business you run (for example a pharmacy, a school or a transport business) and you may tell her in your own words. We use your answer to set up the Flyer Maker for you. We also count the answers together, without names, to decide which new flyer templates to make and to say which kinds of businesses we serve. We never name you or your business in our marketing without your written permission. You can type SKIP instead of answering.

Usage counts: we count how the free service is used, for example how many free answers are used each day, how many people come back after their daily allowance resets, and which kinds of flyers are made (a price list, a menu, a service) for which kinds of business. These counts have no names, phone numbers, words or photos in them. We use them to improve Sandy and to decide what to build next.

How we use it

• To write your daily packs, bonuses and answers for your business, and to send them to you.
• To run your AI Business Dashboard, your points and your weekly report. The "top 10%" style ranking uses points only, never names.
• To answer your questions by email, confirm payments, handle account requests and keep business and tax records.
• To keep the service safe and fair, including daily limits on requests.
• To improve Sandy. We may use what we learn in general terms (for example "most clients prefer evening posts"), never your personal details.

AI: Sandy uses an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to write for you. Your business answers and requests are sent to it only to write your content. We do not allow your information to be used to train public AI models through our account settings.

Your feedback and results: if you send FEEDBACK, you agree that we may share your words with your first name and type of business (never your number or full name) to show others what Sandy does. We never share your sales figures or records publicly without asking you first.

We do not sell your personal or business information.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored with the service providers that run Sandy: Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, Cloudflare (our servers and your dashboard), Google (our records), Anthropic (AI writing), Zoho (email) and our payment providers. Some of them may store data outside your country. Each is used only to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, packs and records while you use Sandy and for up to 12 months after your last hire ends, so you can still see your dashboard and re-hire Sandy without starting again. Chat records of people who never hire Sandy are deleted after about 13 months without contact. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep by law.

Keeping it safe

• Your AI Business Dashboard is private. You log in with a one-time code sent to your own chat; there is no password to steal.
• We will never call you or ask for your PIN, passwords, one-time codes or bank details.
• Access to client information is limited to the people who run the service.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to Sandy to stop reminders and follow-up messages. Type SANDY OFF to pause your daily packs.
• Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to ask any question about this policy.

Children

Sandy is for business owners aged 18 and over.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell active clients about important changes in their chat.
